+ Your Right to Cancel / Withdrawal

If you’re in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days—no questions asked.
The 14-day period starts from the day you (or someone you’ve asked to receive it) get your order.

If you’re outside the EU, the rules depend on your country’s consumer protection laws.
If there aren’t any, don’t worry—I also offer a voluntary 14-day return period just for you.

 

+ Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email me right away with a photo. I’ll take care of it as quickly and fairly as possible.

 

+How to Start a Return

Just send me an email letting me know you’d like to return your item:

I’ll reply with a confirmation, a shipping label (if applicable), and instructions.
Please don’t send items back before contacting me, as I may not be able to accept unannounced returns.

+ Refunds

Once I get your item back and check everything’s okay, I’ll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Banks sometimes take a few extra days to post the refund, so please be patient.

 

+ Return Conditions

To make sure your return goes smoothly, please make sure your item is:

   * In the same condition you received it (unused)
   * With all tags still attached
   * In its original packaging
   * Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
