This is a miniature sofa I made in 2021. I thought a lot about which color would look best in my dollhouse, and this is how it turned out. It’s not pink, it’s not orange or brown… ^^;; It looks really nice and I like it. I placed the couch on a dove-colored carpet.
Looking back, I think that around 2021, when I made this dollhouse, I couldn’t decorate my own space or put in the furniture I liked. So I found a lot of vicarious satisfaction in creating this dollhouse and filling it up.
Surprisingly, even though it was just a miniature version of the house and furniture I wanted, it gave me a real sense of satisfaction — as if my wishes had come true in real life — and it helped me feel calm.
I used a sponge.
