Today, something precious to me was born into the world once again.
Though still too small to be clearly seen or firmly held, its presence is undeniable.
It gives me the courage to live more as myself, the hope to move forward, and the strength that has carried me all the way to this moment.
Today, I celebrate its birth with my present.
