Today, I did about 15–20 minutes of core exercises at home and wrote down my core routine in my workout journal. Of course, I decorated the page with the workout stickers I made myself.
Over the past few years, I’ve gone through cycles of exercising and then stopping. I think it’s because I still don’t fully see exercise as something enjoyable, and whenever I get too busy or feel mentally overwhelmed, the habit tends to fall apart easily. Recently, though, I decided I wanted to start again, so I created a simple home workout routine.
Since I don’t like wasting time going back and forth to the gym, I chose to work out at home instead. I decided to start with about 15 minutes a day. The total workout time is short, but I’m trying to keep the rest time during exercising short as well.

In my blank notebook, I wrote down the date and the target muscle group.

It does take a bit of time to draw the layout each time, but I believe that once it becomes a habit, I may get faster. While working out, I record the number of reps, the time spent, and the rest intervals. Well,I feel good about how this page turned out.
By the way, if you don’t yet have an exercise habit, I hope this workout journal inspires you to take a small first step toward taking care of your health.
Thank you for reading!
